We always recommend providing a Tune-up service during spring. Springtime is warm enough to allow us to have a good test results when we are forcing your system to perform and let us know exactly where it stands. The best part of spring time AC tuneup's is there's always special pricing and special offers for customers to take advantage of during this season.

We are more than happy to provide a "Check & Charge" service, we charge a small fee by the pound to help keep cost down. Before starting to just add "Freon" we always recommend to first allow our technicians to inspect your system and confirm that refrigerant is all it needs. It is often something small such as a filter change to get the system cooling again. The AC system is a complex symphony of multiple components working together to provide the most efficient cooling possible, in which as a result there is an array of smaller issues that could be happening... so adding refrigerant is not always the answer.

No... A lot of our customers are rental property owners or rental property managers. Whether you have one property or multiple properties we provide everything electronically between payment and invoices or test results with pictures attached. In these cases all we need is the address to the property and a contact number to notify the tenant of schedule service.

Yes.... Well it depends, Some customers have a system that is located on the roof, in which we don't have to go in the house so we just access unit through the roof. The downside is that if we are not allowed in the house then we cannot check your filter or your thermostat. Most cases the system is what we call a split system, which in a nutshell it means that the unit consist of two parts. One outdoor unit and one indoor unit, the indoor unit is the one we would have to enter the house and inspect. Like every one else we have adjusted and taken measures to accommodate for COVID-19 measures and safety practices for both our technicians and customers.

It all depends on the condition of your existing system combined with your home floor plan layout? There is no one-size-fits-all system and so we would have to provide a comfort consultant to assess your home and provide you with options to choose from. We do have an easy payment plan available for these type of projects. A lot of our plans are very customer friendly and almost everyone gets approved whether they have good or bad credit.
